Jyoti Chakote, MD

Dr. Jyoti Chakote is a primary care doctor treating patients in Rockaway Beach, New York, and the surrounding communities. She holds certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is also affiliated with the Peninsula Hospital Center in Far Rockaway.
In order to pursue her medical degree, Dr. Chakote attended the Byramiee Jeejeeboy Medical College of Poona University. She continued her medical education in the United States at the Richmond University Medical Center. Here, she received residency training in internal medicine.
Patients visiting Dr. Chakote can receive a full range of medical services. She provides general consultations, annual physical examinations, prescriptions, and refills.
